LARGE RANGE - CHOOSE AC OR DC COUPLED
Solarpro are solar battery experts, having installed the earliest lithium ion batteries that hit Austalia’s shores back in 2015. Since then we have developed an extensive range to suit our customers’ different needs and budgets. These can be viewed in our Allambie Heights Showroom.
An exciting addition to our range is a quality, low-cost solar power and battery system package. This package includes solar panels, solar inverter and a solar battery large enough for many homes at a price that is less than some individual solar batteries.
The range includes Tesla Powerwall, SolarEdge Home Battery, and Sonnen Solar Batteries.
We also offer a battery optimisation service and entry to Virtual Power Plants.

TESLA POWERWALL
Tesla Powerwall has a capacity of 13.5kWh making it one of the larger AC coupled domestic solar batteries currently available. Being AC coupled it can be added to an existing solar system without the need for a separate solar battery inverter.
Solarpro is a “Premium Installer”. Tesla has only given this status to 3% of installers Nationally.
SOLAREDGE HOME BATTERY
The SolarEdge Home Battery is a DC coupled 10kWh solar storage battery. When you purchase it you get a free trade-up of your current SolarEdge inverter (excluding Genesis) to the SolarEdge Energy Hub inverter.
While SolarEdge is best known for their optimised inverters, they have a lot of experience with solar batteries. They were the original battery management system for Tesla. They have close to 100,000 residential systems with batteries from Tesla and LG on them worldwide and they own Kokam, an industry leader in battery chemistry and utility storage.
SONNEN SOLAR BATTERIES
The AC coupled 10kWh sonnenBatterieEVO can be installed outdoors as well as indoors. Like Powerwall it can be easily added to an existing solar power system. Making it a popular retrofit.
The DC coupled sonnenBattterie Hybrid 9.53 is impressively energy efficient at 98% and expandable from 2.5kWh to 15kWh. This modular design makes it a popular choice for customers who want to start small and grow.
LG PRIME
Solarpro no longer sells LG Prime batteries. We recommend the SolarEdge 10kWh Home Battery instead.
