CUSTOMERS SHARE THEIR EXPERIENCES OF OUR SOLAR INSTALLATIONS THROUGHOUT SYDNEY

BECOME PART OF AUSTRALIA’S CLEAN ENERGY FUTURE

Join the Australians who are getting free electricity, sending a clear message to our government and moving Australia closer to the Clean Energy Future we all deserve.

Many of our customers have been reaping the higher performance rewards you get with a Smart Solar Power System for over a decade.  Others have recently installed the latest in building integrated solar panels and connected them to an optimised inverter for greater investment returns.  Some jumped on solar batteries as soon as they could, others are just adding now so they can join Virtual Power Plants and accommodate extra electricity needs like EV charging.

Everywhere from Dee Why & Frenches Forest to Palm Beach, Northside to Mosman you name it on the Northern side of Sydney you’ll find a Solarpro installation and many more of our customers are in Sydney’s West and the Eastern Suburbs.

We hope you enjoy seeing and reading about some of them here.

TURRAMURRA, NORTH SHORE, 2074

8kW SOLAREDGE INVERTER & BUILDING INTERGRATED PV PANELS

Living on the beautiful and leafy North Shore aesthetics were as important to these two neighbours as generating ample power under sunny, cloudy and shaded conditions. These installations were a swap of existing solar panels to building integrated ones which give a sleek, attractive look. This was the first installation of SOllOS panels in Australia and as they are mainly used in new builds or roof renovations, it’s an interesting example of a retrofit. Here are observations from one of the customers.

MOSMAN, NORTH SHORE, 2088

11kW SOLAREDGE INVERTER, LG NEON PANELS & TESLA POWERWALL

This was a tricky installation with a complex cable pathway and requiring a bespoke roof-top array to achieve the customer’s desired outcome. A little extra engineering and we got there. Now his neighbour wants one too!
ROSEVILLE, NORTH SHORE, 2069

39.9kW SOLAREDGE SYSTEM ON ROSEVILLE CINEMA

It was Solarpro's privilege to install a 39.9kW solar array on this iconic building. Roof access was difficult and we needed to take special care with the beautiful, curved roof. Roseville Cinemas have been around since the early 1900s. In 1936 DB O’Connor, (a pioneer of Australian film production,) renovated it in beautiful Art Deco style to a large theatre with a seating capacity of over 500 people. The building is one of the few surviving independent cinemas in Sydney and continues to be an important part of the community.
Three Beans Cafe, Brookvale, Northern Beaches, 2100

40kW SolarEdge System with 152 Solar Panels

This installation on the Three Beans Café Group’s Head Office was one of Solarpro’s first installations for the business community in Brookvale. The business used a large amount of energy and the owners had been trying various ways to reduce their electricity bill. In 2015, we installed the solar power system for them and it paid for itself in two and half years. Zero Emissions Sydney North is one of the champions of solar for business. COLLAROY, NORTHERN BEACHES, 2097

Latest Technology Creates a Home Energy Eco-System

Solarpro did the initial solar power installation at this Collaroy Beach home back in 2016. The owner decided to install two SolarEdge Home Batteries. This gives him 20kWh storage capacity and an expectation that he'll get close to 85 to 90% off grid power. He's anticipating a few EVs in his driveway though which may change this! By choosing the SolarEdge Home Battery he became eligible for a free trade-up of his existing SolarEdge inverter to the Home Hub inverter which is the absolute latest in solar inverter technology to run your home as an energy eco-system. Hope you find the video informative. Give us a call if you are interested in the free trade-up option or to discuss your energy needs in general.
