Solarpro have just completed the installation our 8 kw + Powerwall system. Everything about our interaction with Solarpro has been seamless and professional. The sales process was not pushy and was very informative. The regular contact about appointments was great — we always knew where we were up to and when different things would happen. Justin, the lead electrician on our job was a joy to deal with. Even before the final commissioning of the system we noticed a huge improvement in the thermal insulation of our top level — on a hot day up to 7 deg cooler. This was something I had hoped for but was nonetheless still pleasantly surprised by. The Telsla Powerwall app gives us terrific control over the system which is an added bonus for a tech nerd like me. We haven't paid a cent to our energy supplier since the system went live! We landed on our feet with Solarpro.

First class service from Solarpro from initial consultation rights through to completed solar Panel and Tesla Battery installation. I cannot speak highly enough of Sam in sales and especially Kyle and Marco, the installation team. It is very satisfying to see very professional guys who have excellent communications skills; who went out of their way to ensure that my wife and I fully understood each stage of the installation. Alex was very helpful in advising the most suitable solar options that I needed as opposed to what I wanted which was not as effective. I really appreciated the time taken to educate me on the best way to optimise my existing electrical system and explaining how other options might not serve as a good ROI. There is a lot more clarity on how to move forward with my solar options.

Solarpro helped me understand how a premium Solar Edge optimized system would work best for our home and provide us with the flexibility to better manage our energy usage and easily scale up to battery and EV charging in the future. Our sales consultant James provided multiple options and gave open and honest estimates for the performance of the system. The pricing was competitive with the other premium optimized system we looked at. The system was installed within 3 weeks by Solarpros experienced team. They were good communicators and worked through a few details with me before commencing the install. They also took extra care when accessing our roof as our roof tiles are old and brittle. Now installed the system is performing even better than expected. Look forward to working with the team again in the future.

We recently had the pleasure of engaging Solarpro for the installation and management of our solar power system and the start of our journey towards more affordable, sustainable and efficient power use. The team at Solarpro provided exceptional service and even though the promise was overwhelming in positivity, they over delivered in the most professional fashion. The on site team were committed, efficient and so clean with installation and stayed beyond their shift to ensure our system was up and running. They avoided a return visit through hard work whilst maintaining the highest standard of service. Notably impressive was the attention to detail from management. Fantastic Solar Company with impeccable after service. We had Solarpro install our 7.5kW SolarEdge system with LG panels in 2017. I was so impressed with their continuing after sales service that I thought I would write a review about it. Four weeks ago, I received a call from Sam on the Solarpro support desk informing me that one of my solar panels had failed and was not working anymore. I was unaware of this as I hadn't checked my monitoring app for quite some time. Sam had done all the background work liaising with LG and had arranged a replacement panel under warranty. He then arranged for one of their service team to drop over and replace the faulty panel. My system is up and running again as it should be. What impressed me most was the fact that I didn't even realise I had a problem in the first place and secondly it was all done under warranty, so it was all done free of charge. I am happy we went with Solarpro back then even though at the time they were not the cheapest. Very impressed.

You judge fantastic customer service not only by how they walk you through a process but how they respond when an issue arises. Our energy provider threw us a curve ball but these guys jumped all over it and sorted this for us. Fantastic team who are exceptional how they worked with us from admin to install.

We found the process of installing Solar great with Solarpro. It’s quite a daunting task trying to sort out who is a reputable installer with a quality product. The initial sales chat with Sam was great, the admin staff have been fantastic and the installation guys were amazing. Sarah and Monique have kept us really informed with very comprehensive emails so I never really had to ask any questions about the expectations from us. The panels look fantastic and the installation process was totally smooth and with no real inconvenience to us at all. Justin and the installation team were all really nice and courteous. It’s great to see the system working well already on the app. I would have no hesitation in recommending Solarpro and love that they are based locally.

These guys have done an amazing job of installing my panels and Tesla power walls, nothing has been too much trouble and they have been super responsive when I’ve had questions. Highly recommend them.

We had our first solar PV system installed by Solarpro back in 2010 when the industry was just taking off. What attracted me to Solarpro back then was that it was a local business that was very friendly and professional and was quoting for us based on high quality, technically advanced components. Their quote, while not the cheapest was the most attractive. The installation went smoothly and the 3.3kW system performed as promised. We naturally contacted Solarpro again in 2016 to upgrade our system to 5.2kW and add a battery which again they did and it all worked as promised aside from an annoying monitoring issue with the Solaredge inverters. Late last year we again we contacted Solarpro to quote on upgrading our system to 10kW using as much of our old system as possible. This was a complex job to quote on and took time to design but eventually they came up with a reasonable quote which we accepted. The installation went smoothly given we were also getting our roof replaced and the constant rain at the time! The new system looks good, is generating lots of power and again performing as promised including the monitoring. I have no hesitation in recommending Solarpro as a great local business to deal with and who have been in the business of solar energy for a long time.

Solarpro just finished installing the 2nd system they've done for us, this time adding a 10.4kW LG system with a Tesla Powerwall. Being able to charge our EV, AND power a solar pool heater & heat pump from the sun and Powerwall is awesome for our hip pockets and the environment. David and the team are honest, fairly priced and actually just good guys to have around on install day. The Tesla and SolarEdge apps are simple and informative, and the roof panels and battery/cabling/inverters in our garage all look great. They installed them like it was their own house. About a year after the first install, one of the inverters had to be fixed under warranty, and Solarpro actually contacted me about it before I had even noticed there was a problem. Couldn't recommend David and the team from Solarpro more highly and wouldn't use anyone else.

Definitely one of the best solar companies around. They made sure to address any concerns I had and worked with me to design the system I wanted at a competitive price. I had other cheaper quotes but the other installers I talked to were in a rush to sell me a system and downplayed concerns like voltage rise. Our installation was contactless due to COVID restrictions but was done quite well and neatly with communication being over the phone. Our system has been working flawlessly and saving us money while also helping us feel good about using green energy.

I was very impressed with Solarpro from the start of our negotiations to the end of our installation. The installation was extremely neat and done efficiently without any trouble.
