Solarpro has been working with SolarEdge inverters since our inception in 2010. In 2019, SolarEdge launched their solar panel range, named ‘Smart Modules’, which have their SolarEdge optimisers integrated to the module. The built-in optimisers can improve the speed of installation, by removing the need to install a separate optimiser on each panel.

More recently the company also expanded into hot water diverters and EV chargers. Offering an integrated suite of SolarEdge products allows us to mix and match customised solutions for our clients.

Solar panels come with a product and performance warranty. The product warranty, which is the more meaningful of the two is designed to cover manufacturing faults in the panel that leads to damage or malfunction and in the case of SolarEdge panels has just recently become an impressive 25 years.

SOLAREDGE PANELS, A GREAT CHOICE

Proving very popular the SolarEdge panel is high quality and fairly priced. It produces more power than other panels by reducing losses caused by partial shade, voltage miss-match and panel age.

By embedding an optimiser in each panel in place of the standard junction box, the panel operates at its maximum possible level at all times.

FAQs

Why is an office location in Australia an advantage?

Solarpro has its own technical support desk to assist customers should issues arise with any solar systems it has installed.  However, this is not the case with the majority of solar installation companies.  If your installation company does not have after sales customer service or where an installation company has gone out of business then it is useful if there is an Australian office or representative of the panel manufacturer.

SolarEdge has an office in East Melbourne under the name of SolarEdge Technologies (Australia) PTY LTD and therefore should there be any issue, you can contact their Australian office directly and get support.  Solarpro’s help desk is available to all its customers.
