Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is Solarpro Pty Ltd (ABN 29 102 768 267), of NSW. NSW Trade Promotion Licence No: TP/04902.
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to NSW residents aged 18 years or over who pay a deposit to Solarpro during the Promotion Period on an eligible battery only system or solar and battery system. Employees, contractors, agents of the Promoter and their immediate families, and any person involved in conducting the promotion, are not eligible to enter.
3. Promotion Period
The promotion commences at 12.00am AEDT on 26 February 2026 and closes at 11.59pm AEDT on 30 April 2026 (Promotion Period).
4. How to Enter
To receive one (1) entry, eligible participants must pay a deposit on either: a) a battery only system, or b) a solar and battery system, with Solarpro during the Promotion Period. Entry is automatic upon payment of a qualifying deposit. No additional forms or actions are required. One entry per installation address.
5. Eligibility Conditions
The promotion is only available to customers who already have an existing solar system installed at their property, or are purchasing a new solar and battery system from Solarpro with a deposit paid between 26 February 2026 and 30 April 2026. Customers who do not have an existing solar system and are not purchasing a new solar system with Solarpro are not eligible to win the prize. The property must have solar installed. The upgrade is not compatible with exisiting installed batteries, it must be a new battery installation.
6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive one Sigenergy (Sigen) 48kWh home battery and one Sigenergy (Sigen) inverter to match the size originally ordered or purchased. The total prize value is in excess of $35,000 AUD, depending on configuration and site requirements.
7. Prize Inclusions and Exclusions
The prize includes supply of the battery and inverter and standard labour for a basic installation only. The prize does not include additional or non-standard items, including but not limited to electrical cabling beyond standard allowances, trenching, boring, or excavation, concrete slabs or structural works, shade covers, weather protection or enclosures, switchboard upgrades, metering changes, network or distributor upgrades, additional compliance works, council approvals or special permits. All additional components on the original order, including but not limited to solar panels, cabling, gateways, or accessories, will still be charged for. This promotion is a battery upgrade only. Any additional costs required due to site-specific conditions, regulatory requirements, or customer requests will be quoted separately and are the responsibility of the winner.
8. Upgrade and Refund Conditions
If the winner has already purchased a battery system from Solarpro, the Promoter will upgrade the customer’s purchased battery and inverter to the 48kWh Sigenergy battery and inverter to match the pre-ordered system at no additional cost and refund the deposit paid specifically for the originally purchased battery and inverter component only. Deposits paid for solar panels or other system components are not refundable.
9. Installation Conditions
The prize must be installed by 31 December 2026. Installation is subject to site suitability, network approvals, product availability, and compliance with all applicable laws, standards, and distributor requirements. If installation cannot proceed due to factors outside the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value or to cancel the prize. The homeowner will be required to assign the Battery Small-scale Technology Certificate (BSTC) rebate to Solarpro.
10. Draw Method
The winner will be selected by a random draw of all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The draw is a game of chance and skill plays no part in determining the winner. Winner will be notified by Phone and Email.
11. Unclaimed Prize
If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond, or is unable or unwilling to accept the prize within 30 days of the draw, the prize will be deemed unclaimed. The Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw in accordance with NSW Fair Trading requirements.
12. Prize Restrictions
The prize is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged for alternative products or services. Only one prize will be awarded. The prize must be installed to claim.
13. Cancellation or Withdrawal
If a participant cancels their system purchase or withdraws from their Solarpro contract prior to installation, their entry becomes invalid and they forfeit any claim to the prize.
14. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay resulting from participation in the promotion or installation of the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded.
15. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising in connection with this promotion or interpretation of these Terms and Conditions will be resolved by the Promoter acting reasonably and in accordance with applicable NSW laws.
16. Winner Publicity Consent
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Solarpro to photograph and record the installed system and to use these images, recordings, and a short video interview for promotional and marketing purposes, including on Solarpro’s website, social media channels, and advertising materials, without further compensation.
17. General
The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries, disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, or amend these Terms and Conditions where required by law. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
