Suntech Ultra V Pro Mini - N-type Solar Panel

This is an N-type solar panel with a 25year warranty at a lower cost than other similar panels.  The purity of the silicon in an N-type panel makes it superior to the more traditional P-type in terms of higher energy efficiency, less degradation over time and lower energy losses.

N-type panels generate more power than P-type but typically cost more.  The increased power generation and higher performance over the lifetime of the panel generally outweighs the extra upfront cost.  The Ultra V Pro mini has all the advantages of an N-type and a 25 year warranty with lower upfront costs.

  • Suntech’s current sorting technique is designed to maximise power output by diminishing power loss (up to 2%) which is typically caused by current mismatch.

  • 25-Year Performance Warranty – Degradation of 0.40%/year after the first year. In the 1st year the degradation is 1%.
